Booking information for your summer holiday
Our half-board offer includes
- rich breakfast buffet
- selectable 4-course dinner menu
- ARLEN SPA - including an organic sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, heated outdoor pool and chill-out room
- a bathrobe for the duration of your stay

Children sleeping in an extra bed in the parent’s room:
- free up to 5 years old.
- 6 to 10 years old: € 30 per day, half-board.
- 11 to 14 years old: € 40 per day, half-board.
- 15 to 17 years old: € 50 per day, half-board.
These prices are valid only for children sleeping in an extra bed in the parent’s room (2 people paying the full price in a double room).
Booking terms
Your booking becomes binding upon receiving our written confirmation, as well as when taking out a travel cancellation policy or paying an advance payment amounting to 30% of the total sum per room within 14 days of booking. No interest rates are refunded for advance payments. Bank transfer costs are to be covered by guests. Upon cancelling your reservation, the advance payment will be used to settle cancellation fees. We therefore suggest you take out a cancellation and travel insurance policy to cover potential cancellation fees.

To park your car safely, we can offer a place in our garage for EUR 8.- per day. Reservations required.
Important information
The listed booking terms are binding in nature. The booked rooms are available until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. Should you arrive later, please let us know. Upon late check-in or early check-out, the day will still be charged. We cannot guarantee bookings for specific floors or room numbers.
When making travel plans, please consider the following: rooms will be available from 3 p.m. on day of arrival, and need to be vacated by 11 a.m. on day of departure. Booking conditions adhere to the APRES POST HOTEL GMBH General Terms and Conditions.
