The Longboard Classic is the snowboard race with the most participants in the world and absolutely unique: Since 1999, more than 400 snowboarders have made a pilgrimage to the snowy skies of Stuben to experience the Woodstock of snowboarding, the "Longboard Classic". Whether young boarders, old hands or snowboard professionals from all parts of the world - nowhere else is the spirit of snowboarding celebrated more authentically than in Stuben.
The rules are simple: mass start on the Albona ridge (2408m), then 1001 vertical metres down to Stuben village (1407m). This is more about boarding together than racing. At the subsequent prize-giving ceremony, the winners in over 10 categories will be awarded and celebrated.
We have supported this event since the beginning and make an important contribution to the well-being of the participants with the catering.
The Longboard Classic will take place for the 21st time on Saturday, 2 April 2022.
