Booking Conditions

Your order is considered a firm reservation upon receipt of the written reservation confirmation and your advance payment of 20% of the total travel price per room within 14 days. No interest is paid on advance payments. Please make a fee-free bank transfer to the specified account or provide your credit card information. If the reservation is canceled, the deposit will be used to cover cancellation fees. We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation and vacation insurance to cover any cancellation costs.

Important Information

The specified booking dates are binding. Reserved rooms will be held until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive later, please notify us. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the full room rate will be charged. We cannot guarantee a specific floor or room number.

Please note when planning your trip: Rooms are available for check-in no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. The General Terms and Conditions of APRES POST HOTEL GMBH (GTC) apply.

The prices listed on our website apply to direct bookings made with us. Prices may vary for bookings made through external booking platforms or travel agencies. Prices do not include the local tax of €3.00 per person per night for guests aged 15 and older. Effective December 1, 2026, the local tax will increase to €4.00 per person. Children under 15 are exempt. 

You are welcome to pay with cash, EC card, Visa, Mastercard, or AmEx. When paying with an EC card or credit card, we charge a 3% service fee for services not provided by the hotel (e.g., ski passes, ski school, etc.).

Underground Parking Garage

To ensure your car is parked safely and free of snow, we are happy to offer you a parking space in the underground garage for a fee of EUR 10 per day. The number of spaces is limited. Please make a reservation.
