The APRÈS POST HOTEL and its staff have been excellently positioned in terms of human and economic well-being, including health and safety at work, since 2025. Working together with Elfi Schitter and her team, the model was tailored specifically to the company. The ‘GeWA® – Healthy Economic Working’ concept is unique in Austria in this form and was developed by the Salzburg-based consultancy firm Schitter & Co®.

In order to build on the existing sound foundations together and also to meet the legal requirements set out in the ASchG and ÖNORM, a recurring status quo survey is therefore being carried out with the entire workforce using the GeWA® research tool (developed by Schitter&Co®), with the aim of deriving ‘fine-tuning’ measures for the here and now. For the benefit of both human and economic well-being. With the overriding aim of meeting our guests’ needs to the very best of our ability.
