When planning Hotel Après Post, it was very important to the Brändle family to preserve what had proven itself over time. This includes the much-loved traditional parlour, which can still be enjoyed in its original location. Just next door, you’ll find the wine parlour. Sommelier Irene Brändle — originally from the wine region of Lower Austria — serves her recommendations with knowledge and charm.
If you’re lucky, you might even be invited into the WINE CELLAR, set in a historic vaulted cellar dating back to the 15th century, to taste a fine drop or two.
