Employer brand - GeWA - Healthy, economical work for and with our employees
The APRÈS POST HOTEL GMBH and its employees have been optimally positioned in terms of human and economic health, including health and occupational safety, since 2025. Together with Elfi Schitter and her team, the model was tailored specifically to the company. The concept “GeWA® – Healthy Economic Working” is unique in Austria in this form and was developed by the Salzburg-based consulting company Schitter & Co.
In order to continue building on the existing healthy foundation and to meet the legally required dimensions in accordance with the ASchG/ÖNORM, a recurring status quo survey is carried out with the entire staff using the GeWA® research tool (developed by Schitter & Co®). This serves to derive fine-tuning in the here and now – for the benefit of human and economic health. With the ultimate goal of meeting our guests’ needs in the best possible way.
